- Label the plan (e.g. “Travel”) and set it as your data line on arrival.
- Turn on Data Roaming for the eSIM line only.
Android
- Open Settings, then Network & Internet / Connections.
- Tap SIMs, then Add eSIM or Download a SIM instead.
- Scan the QR code we sent you on WhatsApp.
- Enable the plan and set it as your mobile data source.
- Turn on Data Roaming for the eSIM plan.
Fair Use Policy (FUP)
Full transparency about what “unlimited” means on this plan.
- There is a high-speed daily allowance that is not published as a fixed number.
- After the allowance, data continues at a reduced standard speed depending on the network — it is never fully cut off.
- The allowance renews automatically every 24 hours during the plan period.
- Coverage and speeds depend on local networks and congestion at your location.
- Using the plan as a fixed home internet replacement is not allowed.
- Reselling the hotspot commercially is not allowed.
- P2P/torrent usage that harms the network is not allowed.

When does the plan start?
The validity starts when the eSIM is installed, activated and first connects to a network — not when you buy it. You can safely order before you travel.
What is the difference between Global and Global + Cruise?
Global works on land across the supported country list. Global + Cruise includes everything in Global plus connectivity aboard supported cruise ships. Look for your ship on the cruises page, and if it is not listed yet, message us on WhatsApp before buying so we can verify it.
Is the data really unlimited?
Yes, data is not cut off during the plan period, but it is subject to a fair use policy: there is a daily high-speed allowance, after which data continues at a reduced speed depending on the network.
Do I get a phone number, calls or SMS?
No. This is a data-only plan with no phone number, voice calls or SMS. You can use internet calling apps instead.
How much is it and how do I pay?
Pricing is in euros only. Global: €9.99 for 3 days, €19.99 for 7 days, €27.99 for 14 days, €49.99 for 30 days. Global + Cruise: €49.99, €109.99, €160.99 and €299.99 for the same durations. There is no online checkout — payment is arranged with our team on WhatsApp.
Which devices are compatible?
Any eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked device, such as iPhone XR and newer or recent Samsung and Pixel models. Please verify your device settings before purchasing.
Can I use one eSIM in several countries?
Yes. The plan is global and works across 165+ countries on partner networks, so you can move between countries during the validity period.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
You can cancel before the eSIM is delivered (QR code or activation details). Once delivered, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, without prejudice to mandatory rights under applicable law.
How many eSIMs can I order?
Between 1 and 25 eSIMs per order, all with the same plan, duration and country of use.
