Installation guide
Install before departure or on arrival while on stable Wi‑Fi. Validity begins at activation and first network connection.
Before you start
- Confirm your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked.
- Stay on a stable Wi‑Fi connection while the profile downloads.
- Keep the QR code safe — it can usually be installed only once.
Install on iPhone
- Settings → Cellular / Mobile Data.
- Add eSIM → Use QR Code.
- Scan the code we sent you on WhatsApp.
- Label it “Travel” and select it as your data line on arrival.
- Turn on Data Roaming for the eSIM line.
Install on Android
- Settings → Network & Internet / Connections.
- SIMs → Add eSIM / Download a SIM instead.
- Scan the code we sent you on WhatsApp.
- Enable the plan and set it as your mobile data source.
- Turn on Data Roaming for the eSIM plan.
If you have no connection
- Restart the device after installation.
- Check that Data Roaming is enabled for the eSIM line, not the primary line.
- Try selecting a network manually in network selection settings.
