Service and price

• Two plans: Global and Global + Cruise, both data-only, with 3, 7, 14 or 30-day validity starting at installation/activation.
• Pricing is in euros (EUR) only: Global €9.99 / €19.99 / €27.99 / €49.99, Global + Cruise €49.99 / €109.99 / €160.99 / €299.99.
• A single order covers the same plan, duration and country of use for all eSIMs, up to 25 units.
• The plan provides no phone number, no voice calls and no SMS.

Ordering and delivery

Orders are placed on WhatsApp only, and delivery is digital: a QR code and setup instructions sent in the chat. There is no online checkout on this site.

Customer responsibility

• Confirming the destination country is on the supported list.
• Verifying ship support — on the cruises page or by messaging us on WhatsApp — before buying the cruise plan.
• Confirming the device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked.
• Complying with telecom regulations in the country of use.

Limits of warranty

The service is subject to the fair use policy; coverage and speeds depend on local networks and congestion and cannot be absolutely guaranteed at every location and time.

Refunds

Once the eSIM has been delivered the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. The published refund policy applies, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights.

The service technically relies on international connectivity infrastructure provided by Mobile Maya Inc. We are an independent reseller and not the company's official website.
